About Blaine LeRoy

Blaine LeRoy is an executive coach with over 25 years of coaching, business, strategy consulting and leadership development experience.  She has worked with leaders, teams, and organizations in a wide range of sectors.

Blaine has been an internal executive coach to PwC partners (PwC is a partnership with 4200 partners) for 13 years and has coached over 650 partners via one-on-one coaching, facilitating leadership development programs, and leading team coaching sessions.

She designed and facilitated over 45 team coaching sessions at PwC with senior leadership teams, account and functional teams at PwC. She has facilitated sessions focused on cultural style difference among team members to help them be more self-aware and work more effectively together.

Blaine has conducted 360 stakeholder interviews and written reports for hundreds of clients to help them increase their self-awareness and emotional intelligence, leverage their strengths, set goals, and achieve more impactful business results. 

Prior to joining PwC, Blaine had her own coaching business for 10 years where she coached Senior Executives, Directors, Managers and Wharton and Penn State MBA students.

Representative Assignments

  • Senior Partner: Coached a minority female working in the banking industry to gain confidence, management up and as a result transformed her career from being a specialty partner to leading a banking account that she grew from a $0 revenue to $25m account and leading an 1100-person team.
  • Senior Partner: Coached a female working in the private equity and insurance business industry to grow her career from doing taxes for 50 small clients to leading a $125m global tax account and becoming one of the most successful tax partners in the firm.
  • Senior Partner: Coached a male partner with a big ego to transition from focusing on his individual contribution of delivering $8m of work to leading 2 teams that delivered a total of $50m.
  • US Leadership Teams: Facilitated Team Coaching sessions with senior leadership teams to help the teams develop deeper trust among the team members, make agreements on how they commit to working together and hold each other accountable for exhibiting the right behaviors including working through conflict more effectively.  Many of the leaders recommended to their clients outside of PwC including CEO’s and to other internal leaders to hold team coaching sessions.
  • Lead Client Partners: Facilitated team coaching sessions with PwC’s largest account teams to help the partners working on the account to enhance their business development skills.
  • New Partners: Facilitated over 50 leadership development programs to help partners be more effective leaders, better networkers and role models for the next generation of partners.
  • Senior Partners: Facilitate programs for partners who were starting to burn-out to help them get re-energized, make a bigger impact on the firm by creating a vision for the legacy they wanted to leave behind at PwC and create a plan to live a more well-rounded life outside of PwC.

Additional Experience and Approach

Prior to certification as an executive coach, Blaine worked as a Managing Director for a global Human Capital Consulting Firm, a Senior Consultant for a strategic consulting company working for Fortune 500 corporations and helped grow three market research companies.  Blaine has coached and consulted in a wide range of industries including Energy and Chemicals, Consumer Packaged Goods, Insurance, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Technology and Non-for-Profits.

Blaine has served on the Board of the Women’s Resource Center, the Philadelphia Society for Human Resource Professionals (now call PSPS) and the leadership committee for the American Heart Association.  She has delivered pro-bono work to many non-for-profit organizations (American Heart Association, Junior Achievement, Elwyn Seeds to name a few).  She currently serves on “A Day in the Garden Party” committee for BreastCancer.org that raised over $20,000 in 2024 and 2025.

Blaine resides outside of Philadelphia in Wayne, Pennsylvania.  Blaine enjoys playing any sport that requires a racquet (tennis, paddle tennis, pickleball), yoga, meditation, hiking, skiing and listening to audiobooks.
