About Lori Siegworth

Lori is currently President, CEO, and Founder of Grais Partners. She provides best-in-class executive coaching, consulting, and advisory services for leaders charged with achieving compelling strategic goals and driving large-scale change. Executives rely on her to help them to deliver at their highest possible potential while inspiring and coaching their teams and the organizations they serve to do the same. 

She brings a unique and potent set of skills and experience in service to her clients.  Lori possesses a unique combination of relevant, real-world perspective, a keen listening ear, powerful questioning techniques, thorough education in coaching and organization development approaches, and a thoughtful, and engaging style.  As a seasoned C-Suite executive, she has broad and deep multi-functional experience in the areas of strategy, executive coaching, culture-building, change execution, human resources, organization development, diversity and inclusion, marketing, consumer and business sales and service, corporate communication, business process improvement, mergers/acquisitions, and board leadership.  

Most recently, Lori co-authored the book Fearless Feedback: A Guide for Coaching Leaders to See Themselves More Clearly and Galvanize Growth. She is currently working on her second book project.

Additional Experience

Lori also brings twenty-five (25) years of experience working in line and staff roles within Fortune 100 and other large-sized public companies, including Sprint Corporation (T-Mobile), Nationwide Insurance and Financial Services, and the State Auto Group (Liberty Mutual).  She has worked at the executive level for over seventeen (17) years, four of which were in international financial services serving the European, Latin American, and Asian Markets.

Committed to education and the community, Lori has served on a variety of industry and charitable boards. She has volunteered in a variety of capacities for The Board of Trustees for the United Way of Central Ohio (including the Women’s Leadership Council (WLC) and the Women’s Leadership Council Executive Committee), The Board of Trustees for Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens (including the Executive Committee, Financial Sustainability Committee and Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee) and the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers Association of America (IIABA) National InVEST Board (including the Marketing and Communication Committee.)  She has also served on the Leadership Advisory Council for Bowling Green State University. Lori is a 2005 graduate of the Leadership Columbus Program, of Deloitte’s Board Ready Women (2019), and was named “One of Twelve Women You Should Know” by Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD) in 2011-2012.
