About Anna Springett

Anna is an organisational psychologist, leadership consultant and executive coach with 20 years’ experience working across a broad range of sectors, including health and social care, telecoms, media and technology, sports, financial services, engineering, energy, manufacturing, and education.  She supports leaders and teams to connect with their purpose, and has extensive experience working with, for example, ExCo members, FTSE 100 companies, and a broad range of NHS and other healthcare organisations.

Anna specialises in executive coaching, coaching supervision, leadership development, and customized team interventions.  She loves to partner with organisations to meet their people and performance outcomes, co-creating and co-facilitating whenever possible to build a compelling message aligned with maximum return on investment.  Anna’s approach is to facilitate a space for people to explore new thinking and systemic perspectives.  She is working towards becoming ‘a master of not knowing’, approaching everything with a beginner’s mindset. This philosophy flavours her coaching practice, often leading to fresh insights and a renewed sense of purpose.

  • Senior team development (one of the largest community Mental Health Trusts- UK): Created and delivered executive coaching, leadership development programs, and strategic performance workshops, over several years.  Identified as a ‘go-to’ consultant, with client feedback on ‘infectious enthusiasm, making executives feel comfortable, thinking on her feet and adapting to the audience’.
  • CEO and identified Cohort (UK Healthcare provider): Designed and executed a leadership and culture change program to enable collaborative system leadership during times of change and uncertainty.  In-depth evaluation reveals a significant shift in leadership mindset over time across all cohorts.
  • Leadership development (UK healthcare): designed and delivered training and leadership development of 400+ healthcare professionals for multiple healthcare providers
  • Finance & Business Support teams (Major UK Healthcare provider): improved team dynamics and effectiveness to better serve their internal customers while developing strategic direction through bi-annual team coaching.

Additional Experience and Approach

Anna Springett started her career in retail financial services before becoming a business psychology consultant who has specialised in executive & team coaching in her current career.  She is intrigued by art, science and nature, and loves to challenge herself and others to keep asking the difficult questions, raising the standards and opening up possibilities.  A typical week will involve a variety of work across a range of sectors – from senior leader assessment in telecommunications, to team coaching in healthcare settings, to mentoring leaders in elite sport – interspersed with family time, tending to roses, and painting a favourite scene to bring balance and restoration.  Anna is from the West of Ireland, currently living in the UK with her husband and three daughters.
