About Redia Anderson

Redia is a certified executive coach and a nationally recognized senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in human resources and inclusion management. She has successfully led and engaged organizations in enterprise-wide change efforts focused on the development, advancement and retention of top performing talent. Her expertise includes executive coaching, women’s leadership development, change management, diversity & inclusion (including strategy design, implementation and metrics and accountability), and speaking.

As a leader in the field of inclusion & diversity and change management, Redia has worked closely and coached a select cadre of senior executives and leaders at Deloitte, Shell, PwC, Mary Kay, AT&T, AonHewitt, University of Houston, ExxonMobil, KPMG and several other organizations. Redia is an outcome focused executive coach who enjoys engaging highly talented leaders in positive behavioral shifts which tightly align talent, performance and business results. Redia has helped executives gain greater insight into their strengths, learning edges and skills which impact their ability to succeed in driving global business results.
